Cindy Singletary is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana now residing in Benton, Louisiana.  While attending Louisiana Tech University as a painting major she was introduced to Watercolor for the first time.  She continued to take Watercolor workshops from the top artist in this medium, each one introducing something different.  She enjoys the challenge of watercolor and the unpredictable things that take place.  She is a Signature Member of the Southwestern Watercolor Society in Dallas, Texas and an active member of the Hoover Watercolor Society and the Louisiana Artist Inc.  in Shreveport, Louisiana.
